Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mkinah.com, including any purchase you make there. By creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Who we are

mkinah.com is operated by: Mkinah for Machinery and Equipment, an Egyptian limited liability company, Commercial Registry No. 3175 (Gamasa Investment Commercial Registry Office), Unified Registry No. 11090 01000 03175, Tax Registration No. 684-218-518, head office: Plot No. (8), Block (W), Phase 3, Industrial Zone, Gamasa City, Dakahlia. We design and build the machines at our factory in the Gamasa industrial zone. Sales inside Egypt are made through Hunters, our sister company, and its terms and invoices apply to those sales.

2. Products, orders and prices

  • Products and machines and their descriptions are shown for information; the final specifications are those stated in the quotation or contract.
  • Prices are set in the quotation or invoice, in the currency stated there, and Value Added Tax is added as required by law unless they are stated to include it.
  • An order is confirmed once we accept it in writing or once the down payment set in the quotation is paid.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which are:

  • bank transfer

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you choose. Invoices are payable by the dates stated in the quotation or invoice.

4. Delivery

Delivery and installation take place at the place and time agreed in the quotation or contract, which also set who bears shipping responsibility and costs. Please inspect the products and machines on receipt and record any visible shortage or damage on the delivery document.

5. Business-to-business dealings

  • Quotations: a quotation is valid for the period stated in it, for the quantities and specifications stated in it.
  • Minimum order: any minimum quantity or value stated in the quotation or order applies.
  • Delivery: delivery terms, place, times and shipping costs are set in the quotation or contract.
  • Warranty and maintenance: warranty, installation, maintenance and spare parts are set in the quotation or contract.
  • Written agreements: where a separate written agreement exists between us, it applies to the transaction it covers instead of these Terms wherever they differ.

6. Intellectual property

The Mkinah name and logo, the website content and the machine designs are owned by Mkinah for Machinery and Equipment or its licensors and are protected by law. You receive no right in them except as needed to use the website as intended.

7. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, uploading unlawful or harmful content, infringing intellectual-property rights, collecting other users' data, or using the website for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud or gross negligence, or any right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms from time to time and publish the updated version on this page with its "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept it. No change applies to an order we confirmed before it was published.
